When is the wedding?
The wedding is on Saturday 13th December 2025.

Where is the wedding?
Everything will take place at Elfordleigh Hotel, Plympton.

No need to travel — both ceremony and reception will be under one roof!

Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes, free parking is available.

Are there hotel rooms available for guests?
Guests can book a room at the hotel, should you wish to stay. There are also other hotels and accommodation available in Plymouth.

Take a look at ‘The Venue’ page for room rates at Elfordleigh. You can reserve a room by calling Elfordleigh and quoting that you are attending the wedding of Chris and Hattie.

How do I RSVP?
Please RSVP by 30th September 2025, via the RSVP page.

Are children invited?
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a night off with us!

What’s on the menu?
We’re serving a three-course meal at approximately 4.45pm. Please submit your food choices when you RSVP.

The options are:

Starters

• Ham hock, grain mustard and soft herb roulade - with homemade piccalilli and micro herbs.
• (V) Honey roasted parsnip soup with warm bread.

Mains

• Baked breast of chicken and confit leg, served with tarragon gravy, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, sage and onion fritter.
• (V) Field mushroom and thyme wellington - served with roast potatoes and a panache of buttered vegetables.

Desserts

• Bramley apple and cinnamon crumble - with vanilla ice cream.
• Vanilla and dark cherry cheesecake - with clotted cream and berry coulis.

There will also be an evening buffet served at approximately 8pm.

Please include any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP and provide your food choices.

There is a bar with beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. Wine will be provided on the tables, along with a welcome drink of prosecco.

Do you have a gift registry?
Your presence at our wedding is truly the only gift we need. We are so grateful just to celebrate this special day with the people we love — no gifts are expected or required.

However, if you would like to contribute something, we will set up a honeymoon fund closer to the time.

Can we take photos at the wedding?
Yes, absolutely — we’d love for you to capture the fun! Feel free to take photos and videos during the reception and throughout the day.

We do kindly ask, though, that you refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We’d love for everyone to be fully present in the moment, and we’ve hired a professional photographer to capture it all.

After the ceremony, snap away!

Can I post photos on social media?
We’re so excited to see all the fun moments you capture — but we kindly ask that you hold off on posting any photos to social media until we’ve had a chance to share our own.

Once we’ve posted, feel free to share away!
